Processing and delivery

Ready-to-ship items are normally prepared within 2-3 business days. Custom work may take longer; we will discuss timing before the order is finalized.

We currently ship only to street addresses in the contiguous 48 states for a flat $5.99 shipping charge. Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package and are not guaranteed.

Returns

Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery before returning an item. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Custom and personalized pieces are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Damage or order problems

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with the order details and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
